Overall excellent hotel ..Food was excellent.. pool area was great only thing they can improve to put more music & activities ….highly recommended

Was very noisy as it’s a large resort Not enough restaurant variety Food was boring Lots of premiums $$$ in food choices Getting drinks and food was a pain in the ass. You had to give your room key everytime you ordered and then sign the receipt. If all inclusive just let the customers go up and order and forget this stupid room key thingy and t was frustrating and time wasting Won’t go back Room was clean Staff was too slow at the bars Shuttle was good

The staff and workers all were very pleasant. They all worked hard and put 100% effort to make the trip enjoyable. The one nightmare we had was with Palace Elite offices. Very pushy in trying to make you join their membership. They made a mistake with out billing which ended up overcharging our bill. We spend hours and hours of our vacation trying to clear up this bill and they still didnt take care of it.

An average hotel. Some show of age of the property, but generally clean and friendly staff. Lots of kids and nice pool area. Also the pool side pizza bar was excellent.

A wonderful time spent at the SMC resort. On this trip we didn't do the spa. It was a bit noisy than we're use to but we still had a relaxing time. We stayed as preferred club and not only was the service excellent in preferred but all over the resort. We cannot complain about the meals or our drinks and watching the entertainment outdoors under the moon and stars made it special. One drawback is they try to sell you timeshare but they did not pressure us when we declined. So thumbs up for SMC.
