「Didnt stay due to my wife being rushed into hospital the day we should of arrived phoned them on the evening to tell them we wont be comonig no answer . Phoned nxt day and they said thats fine we'll speak to manager no reply for a day then phoned back they said the same we will speak to manager and while all this is going on they charge me for the room i didnt stay in and a week later still waiting for that phon call」

「On the way to Brixham I had a medical emergency which kept me in A&E at Bristol for some time. Consequently we arrived at 22.50 pm and Steve and Matt couldn't have been more helpful and sympathetic.
