Clean room, very nice staff, the entrance looks

We stayed there for 5 nights and overall a great experience. We arrived late on a Saturday evening and had a bit of trouble getting to our room as everything is digital: checkin, getting into the building, lift & room, and my phone nearly died! Lucky we met a nice couple at the entrance and they showed us how to use the WebApp and get into our room. Tip for people just arrived from overseas, make sure your phone has power and you have enough mobile data on your mobile phone. Without data & sufficiently powered phone you can't get in! The room is nice and very modern. Clever design of the 'bedroom' and kitchen space with the moveable bed & wardrobe units, although the buttons didn't always work. There is also a bigger common area where you can cook, rest and work (if you're on a working trip). The roof top has a Pingpong table which is a great bonus :-) Washing room is very equipped with washing machines & driers, plus clothing racks if you prefer them. The staff at the reception (Mon - Fri) & room services are very helpful.

On arrival it seemed a little small compared to the picture but actually it suited our needs perfectly. It was clean, the shower was amazing, they had a cupboard where you could refill your coffee pods (yes they had a decent coffee machine with pods included!). The kitchenette was tiny yet perfect with everything you could want, a double ring hob, fridge, and built-in dishwasher which was one of the drawers in the kitchen unit and everything was in great condition and well looked after. Positioned near lots of shops in Zurich, 7 mins walk from the train station and about 20 mins walk from the old part of the city it was perfect for our week stay. Top tip, eating out is hell expensive and the local supermarket does amazing fresh, high quality food, we certainly did that a few nights 😊. Also if you're going on any coach trips to a high mountain peak, don't buy your cable car tickets on the coach unless you've checked it's clear weather at the top before you get there as it might be in cloud! There's always other activities nearby with great scenery around those locations. We loved Zurich and the apartment, we would thoroughly recommend it and we would certainly stay there again.
