"Spatious 2 bedroom apartment with dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen & living room. Clean and convenient to transport and grocery shopping. Only challenge was the check-in process is really complex and required 3 separate payments (security deposit, cleaning fee, local taxes) before getting the final access details. Several days of back and forth messaging were needed leading up to the stay. Wouldn't be possible if you weren't constantly connected before arriving. "

"This property was the best choice we could have made as a family. Located in a quiet neighborhood, nearby to plenty of dining options, and walkable within 15 minutes to the main area near Lake Zurich. The accommodations were very spacious and airy, clean and comfortable (2 bedroom luxury apartments). The private rooftop veranda was a nice bonus when not raining. "I stayed at this property in zurich for one month. Overall the experience was good, but there are some things to be aware of that I wish I had known. Check in and check out was easy and the communication was clear. The apartment was well stocked the basics you need for the kitchen and other things like an iron, hair dryer, fans, etc. Because I was a long stay guest, I got a great deal on this place. "My wife and I stayed 2 nights and found the loft very comfortable and private. Filipa allowed us to check in early which was so kind, as we had just arrived after a long flight from Canada and were in need of a rest. You can easily walk to the heart of the old city and there are ample options for public transportation just 5 minutes walk from the front door of the loft. I highly recommend this property. "

"Awesome location, close to transit, amazing restaurants in the area only a few minutes walk, quiet and peaceful and awesome balcony "

"Excellent customer service. Great location. Newly renovated. Only thing I would say is they should have 1. A few more towels 2. an extra pillow or two 3. A few dishwasher tabs to start people off 4. A rip pack or two of laundry detergent to start people off. 5. Box fans for the summer months as there are no ceiling fans or AC. We loved the place all-together!
