The AC didn’t work in my room so had to change the room. The reception lady brought the cart and just stood there as I had to load all the baggage I had to repack for the move. After the load she just opened one door before the elevator and left. I had to move the cart to a different level to my new room myself, having difficulty opening multiple doors. 「This was a great stay overall. Fully functional kitchen and washer/drier. However, no room cleaning or replenishing of towels unless you asked. But I’d stay again. Also, they have AC, many hotels don’t, so that was a plus we didn’t know is a must have. 」

Food ordered at the bar was just okay, but the restaurant offered a noticeably better dining experience. Excellent free food choice for kids.

I had tried to get twin beds instead of us cramming into a double! Was told hotel was fully booked each time I checked. On check in still the same situation, but after Steph heard my request, she later made it work!!!! Giving us the twin and a single guest a bigger double bed that he gladly accepted! So kind of her!!!
