Great hotel, especially for the football fan. Pool & Spa was lovely to be able to use on the Sunday morning & the staff there were very friendly & helpful. All staff we encountered, whether it be in the restaurant/bar at the reception or just in the lift were polite & helpful. Immaculate hotel, amazing grounds & warm & friendly. We will definitely be back.

Generally a good place to stay , used it for overnight stay at Alton Towers. Breakfast was great , good size bedroom. Hotel showing signs of wear and tear such as peeling wallpaper, marks on the wall, dirty hair dryer and broken mirror in bathroom.

Great weekend away - best Hilton in the UK

We had a great time at Hilton. Swimming pool was nice and clean compared to other hotels. The breakfast was also good and the staff are extra nice to little ones (they even have a play area in the restaurant in the morning). We will definitely be back soon.

2nd time in staying and both occasions the sheets were filthy, the first time had 2 hairs and blood on the sheet and the second time was black dirt stains, I showed reception the photo and they got the sheets changed for us. My son ordered a burger for dinner like a few of the boys did that we were with, all of them complained about it, it was cold and tough and felt like they'd been cooked at lunch or day before, left and then re heated to serve for dinner, really tasteless. The group went swimming and were enjoying their recent success, the dads of the group were throwing the boys across the pool whilst in the pool themselves, nobody else was in there with us, was just our group and the staff were very rude saying everyone would need to get out if anybody jumped again. It was parents and their kids having fun with nobody else present, if this is such a concern then they should have a lifeguard on duty.

The staff are really welcoming and friendly the food was amazing and with great service. The coaching session and tour was wonderful and my boys had a great time with the coaches thank you for a great stay.

We've been to this property many times and every time, we come away enjoying it more and more! The staff are super friendly, great with kids and the breakfast and dinner in their restaurant is fantastic! Rooms are at great Hilton standard and the area around the hotel is so so quiet and calm where you get to walk around to enjoy. Overall, recommend this hotel every time if you are going to be around that area for any holiday.

Amazing hotel with excellent staff

A wonderful family stay over night ahead of a visit to Alton Towers. The hotel was beautiful and clean and the staff were excellent. The restaurant staff were particularly helpful and friendly with the children. As a football fan it was great to walk the grounds and see the amazing facilities 1st hand. It added an extra layer to the stay for me. Would definitely recommend
