「The property, parking & rooms are beautiful. However…my daughter and I both had the worst sleep of our life here. It was so extremely uncomfortable (bed & pillows) we were up for 2 nights. Also, we got scammed upon checkin. Our reservation was cancelled and we were never called about the card we used on file. The staff member said “oh we cancelled alot of reservations this morning. 「Breakfast was cooked- eggs bacon sausage, oatmeal and waffles. Plenty of fresh fruit, apple, strawberries, cantaloupe, bananas. Assortment of yogurt and chocolate and white milk, Breads and muffins also available. All you can eat, I am sure I didn’t list everything like cereal but this was an excellent experience. Coffee, tea and lemon water also available 」

「This is the second time we stopped at this hotel on our way back north from Florida. While it is not a 5 star hotel I have it 5 stars because of what it offers for the price as a stop over. First the rooms are very comfortable, clean and newly refurbished. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The lobby is clean with lots of seating. 「Room was fairly clean, had to spot clean a few things and noticed a lot of dirt in the corners of floors. Everything looked pretty new, so just needs better upkeep. Staff wasn’t overly friendly. Rooms don’t have hair dryers like listed, they have one at the desk that you have to borrow. No room service, they don’t mention that or have any instructions. Had to ask at desk for more towels and they told me then that you have to return towels to the desk to get more. Cheap and good enough though if...

「There was an a lot of construction going on and the rooms were not as advertised for two queen beds. There were two full beds. Overall I saw that they were attempting to incorporate changes but try not to rent rooms in a hall way where you are missing walls and ceiling tiles. 」

My main complaint was that there was an ongoing water main break from 2 days prior in the area and the hotel failed to inform me of this condition before I checked in so that I can make an informed decision of staying or finding lodging elsewhere.
