"We were taken aback by the impact of the renovations, finding it noisy, smelly at times, difficult for my mom (90) to access things. Having said that, the breakfast buffet was AMAZING, and the food at Duke's and the Hula Grill was fantastic! We found the staff to be incredibly helpful, and gave us a better room and some compensation. We look forward to hearing about the new renovations :)"

"Elevators suck! Super slow and at times nearly impossible to get on as a family. Also if you decide to take the stairs the door at the bottom is a death trap with a blind step. "

"Very nice and helpful staff. The location is great, making it very walkable to great restaurants my only real complaint is they only have one pool for the whole hotel which makes it very crowded. Also the hot tubs were closed more than they were open. There is a very small amount of common space to enjoy on the property. "
