"We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna! The location is absolutely excellent, making it incredibly convenient to get around. Everything was spotlessly clean, and they even offer free coffee and tea every morning. If you are looking for a safe, accessible, and well-located place to stay, this is the perfect choice."

"Conveniently located near the central train station in Vienna and clean rooms, but service and bathroom facilities were poor. We had two rooms here. One of the rooms did not come with any shampoo or body wash - the bottles were there but completely empty at check in. There were not enough towels for the guests in our party. There was a large mosquito in the room which we told the staff about, but they shrugged it off. The showers were poorly designed, as other commenters have pointed out, as the tubs are high up and hard to enter and exit. This is a problem for elderly or mobility impaired guests. The single elevator was slow and small. Okay hotel only."

"Great property, near all the main attractions of Vienna. It’s a little more dated than expected and compared to the pictures but overall, we had a great stay! The staff was really friendly and helpful, from check-in to advices on things to do, the room was comfortable and clean, and we were in walkable distance from most of the interesting things to visit."
