「Totally not in the location advertised, the pin was shown just near the centre, 5-10 min walk, it was actually 40 min from it. It was booked for 3, but only 2 towels were provided. The sofa bed had huge dents in it and felt like it should have been replaced 10 years ago, definitely not suitable for sleeping. Worst nights sleep ever! 「I really enjoyed my stay in Vienna. The positive aspects of this hotel were that its location was good (close to the underground, close to the tram station and about 15minutes away from one or two very nice parks). The feature i was disappointed about was that the bathroom was way too small! One person could barely fit inside, the shower didn't work properly and the sink leaked quite a bit.」
