Close to public transport and the city center. The room was modern, clean and practical with a big bathroom. There is a grocery store just crossing the street which is very convenient. The place was great, I loved my stay here.

I am truly pleased with my stay at Oliver Apartments. The location is superb for getting around Vienna. But the best part is how pleasant, comfortable and well-kept these apartments are. Finding them was no problem, check-in was easy, and having daily housekeeping was a bonus. I will definitely stay there again when I’m back in Vienna.

A great find!

Great find. Everything we needed was close by - supermarket across the road; bus stop 400m in one direction; Ubahn 500m in the other direction. Great local eateries. Rooms were clean and well maintained; great facilities - laundry and storage. Would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect location.

Very good location, close to subway stations. Nice, tidy family apartments. Easy check in and out. Recomended place eould stay here again. The only problem was that houskeeping service came 90 mind before check out time. Volante pizzeria is a good place 500 m from the place.

Very nice, recent and well furnished small apartment. Layout very functional. I appreciated being able to store my bags upon arrival (too early for check in). Grocery store right across the street, plus other nearby. Lots of transit options around as well, easy to get anywhere. Would definitely stay again.

Very convenient location, walkable distance to Margaretengurtel and Gumpfendorfer U-Bahn stations, as well as tram stations. Loved the room cleaning services. Grocery stores available within walking distance. Only wish the communal space on ground floor and laundry rooms were more comfortable and renovated to allow for studying, relaxing, etc.

Great little apartment, we loved it.

Great little apartment, we loved it! Got entry instructions the evening before we arrived which was greatly appreciated as I wouldn't have had internet connection until we got to the accommodation. Self check in was straightforward. The building and apartment was spotless. Our apartment was on the front, no noise pollution at all, wonderful! Really good layout and well finished throughout. Well stocked crockery, kitchenware etc. Full fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing up liquid and sponge. Shower gel and hand wash in bathroom. A real cosy home from home. Supermarket opposite and others close. Transport was all around. A walk into the city centre but doable if you like a walk. We really loved our stay there, would highly recommend.

Good stay minus tdchnical difficulties

The apartment was clean and modern. Check in was easy just a little timely. In communication with the property beofew our trip I asked about early check in if our room was ready and was told it wouldnt be a problem and we could store bags if it wasnt ready. Good thing someone told us we would be charged for early check in if we checked in before 2:30pm. We chose to store out bags in the basement locker to avoid the fee. I'm not sure how you would get access to the locker without checking in to open the electronic door though. Someone just happened to be there so they opened it for us. Location was about 8-15 walk to the station or main Mariahilfer area which we didnt mind. We only had one issue where towels were not replaced after cleaning and we had no way to communicate with the property. They do have an app but it is not managed after 6pm. There is an emergency number but as Canadians we were traveling with data only and no direct number so we couldn't use the emergency number so no towels until the nect day. Would stay again and hope that no emergency occured.

We really enjoyed our stay at Oliver’s Apartments. I booked one apartment with a balcony and one without. Both were very clean, and the kitchenette had everything we needed to prepare simple meals. One small suggestion: since we stayed for three weeks, it would have been helpful to have the option to rent a vacuum cleaner. We were traveling with a toddler, so keeping the floors clean was a priority. We ended up buying a mop and a broom, not a big deal, just an idea to make the stay feel even more like home. We'll be back!
