"We booked a wheelchair accessible room and the women at the desk gave us a regular room on the second floor assuring us that it was the right room. It was clearly not. The second night we asked for the accessible room with a shower that my friend could use. The women again clearly seeing my friend was in a wheelchair gave us a room that was partly wheelchair accessible but was not in that it was very snug for him to be able to move around in his chair and it had a tub. This place is not somewhere i would return. The bathroom had hair in the corner. The women in the evening had an attitude and was rude. "

The cleaning staff was rude to my wife when she asked about the lack of trash cans in the room. The staff member responded in a dismissive and rude tone, saying it was impossible because she was sure one had been placed there. Another member of the cleaning staff later came by to verify and confirmed there was indeed no trash can, and then brought one for us. Additionally, the elevator was in very poor condition. It looked and felt more like a cargo elevator rather than one intended for guests. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not meet basic expectations for comfort and service."
