"Our new favorite London hotel! Each room is a mini apartment with a fully stocked kitchen. Clean. Great shower. Individual room control heat/air con. Comfy bed and pillows. Noise reduction windows so we didn't hear the traffic outside. So quiet!!! Laundry facilities with inexpensive and easy to use. Nice gym and sauna. Staff is amazing!!! Our flight canceled due to weather and they were so accommodating. Victoria area is centrally located with shops, restaurants, pubs and trains. We loved it here and will definitely book again. "

"The Z Victoria is in a great location , very convenient to everything, food shopping and transportation. The room was nice, extremely comfy bed. And the staff was very helpful. The space is small. Things I didn’t care for; no hair dryer, you can’t draw the window shade. I didn’t have the breakfast, so I can’t comment. I’d stay again. "

"Older hotel, but made up with it from the friendly staff, comfy bed, fluffy pillows, storage space, free water/bottles, and toiletries. Plus, the location was incredibly ideal for our trip because major busses stop out front and it's near 2 tube stations and Trafalgar Square and the Jubilee Bridge. Will definitely stay again if we return! "
