St. Ermin’s Hotel was a wonderful place to stay in London. The hotel is beautiful, full of character and history, and the location is excellent for exploring Westminster, Buckingham Palace, and many of London’s major sights. Our room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The grand staircase and elegant lobby make the hotel feel especially unique. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend St. Ermin’s to anyone visiting London.

We had a lovely stay at St. Ermin’s Hotel and were very impressed by the warmth and hospitality of the team. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They were especially kind to our children, and thoughtful touches such as the scavenger hunt made the stay feel very family-friendly. What stood out most was the personal service. The staff always seemed happy to chat, offer help, and make sure guests were comfortable. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return to St. Ermin’s on our next trip to London.

Location was fabulous. very close to Buckingham, Westminster, Big Ben, London Eye. Hotel is excellent. Only issue was some construction on roof (temporary) right above our room starting early mornings. Otherwise perfect stay. Hotel offers many additional amenities not found in advertising. Staff is outstandingly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel. We will stay here again when in London.

Staff was so helpful. Breakfast buffet was incredible. Beds comfortable. Had two bathrooms in the family room. Five of us stayed in the room comfortably. Location perfect for visiting sites in Westminster by foot and others by train.
