「The towels were a nice quality. The staff was so pleasant. I was a woman traveling alone. Had my dog, but I felt very safe. Beautiful sunrise across the valley right from room. Felt on top of the world.」

「The shower had very little water and little pressure and was unusable」

「Verbally abused by front desk checking in - yelling/screaming because he was out of control. Room was nasty. Laundry machines gross…」

「Great place to stay in Incline Village. We will be back!」

「Bath tub was filthy.....」
