「The hotel is good - was quiet, staff polite and the room cleaned very well, daily (thanks, Paul). It is a bus journey in to the centre of Amsterdam (historically we were told this area was not part of Amsterdam so it is outer area) and somewhat further than I anticipated, with the area around the hotel feeling a little questionable to start with (myself and 2 children). 「A bijou property that was originally a bridge house with views across the canal. There is heat which was needed as cold this week. Unfortunately there is traffic noise. There is no sink in bathroom but we squeezed the shower gel to cover our hands and then washed our hands in the bedroom sink. There are cupboards for clothes and cups, plates, cutlery and hairdryer. If you like different you will enjoy this experience.」

Only complaint was that the room was smaller than expected and didn’t have a ton of hangers, or areas to hang clothes for both my partner and I. There was no closet… just a couple hooks on a decorative divider. 」
