"This was our first trip to Amsterdam and we couldn’t have picked a better location and it felt like we were staying in a luxury apartment! It was right in the middle of the city, walking distance to all the museums and right next to a tram stop. The fridge was stocked with drinks and a few snacks and toiletries in the bathroom. We would definitely stay here again"

"This is a great property for staying in Amsterdam. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood and well connected for public transport. Knock knock bakery nearby is a must visit! Martin was very communicative and helpful. Be aware that there are 4 flights of steep stairs to the apartment which wasn’t a problem for us and is no doubt typical of properties in Amsterdam. "

In a quiet little cove of sorts, ample space for a family of four to spread out, fully equipped kitchen where we were able to make a full Christmas dinner, and stocked with everything we needed for a week's stay. The host was amazingly attentive and gave us great suggestions for local restaurants. The location of the apartment was great- quick access to both the metro and tram stops and an Albert Heijn just a four minute walk away to stock the fridge. "

"We were traveling as a family with two of our young adult children. We love staying in properties that offer local character, and this property delivers. Located across from a canal, it has extensive views of all the comings and goings on the canal. Beautiful! Please heed the owner's warning about the steep stairs. If you have mobility challenges in any way, this property is not for you. Having said that, my husband has a bum knee, and he was able to manage. Interior stairway offers child safety...

"Great apartment in a fun location. We really enjoyed being right in/on the edge of the hustle and bustle. And the location on the canal we were on was excellent. The tree-lined canal, the local restaurants and pubs, the early evening golden hour…all were great. Two things to note: the noise in the alley will definitely impact your sleep late into the night. But it is super quiet until 9 or 10 am so plenty of time to sleep in. Also, the small bed in the very small room with the limited...
