「Canal view stay has to be one of the best BnB experiences that we have ever had. The comfort and home-feel of a BnB was combined with the attention to detail and service found within a design hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the space that was larger than expected from the photos. The apartment is in an excellent location walking distance from supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops and of course - Vondelpark. We became regulars at the bar next door that serves great food and drinks....

「Host was wonderful and helpful with tip to get around. The little pub down the street was friendly and the food great at a very good price. It was easy to get into Central Amsterdam, however you probably only want to do it once a day. We found that after a day in the Central City we were too tired to return at dinner time. Dining choices near the flat are plentiful and very good. Pizza down at the corner, and a 10+ minute walk to Lowlander is well worth the effort. Flat was clean, neat,...

「Good location and unique place 」

「The property owner, Marion, was absolutely outstanding. She gave us tips on what to see, where to eat and how to get there. She checked daily to see if we needed anything and that the apartment was clean. The two bedrooms were large and the beds comfortable. The location is excellent for seeing the sights and it felt like home after a hard day of sightseeing. The apartment is on the 4th floor but we didn’t have a problem even though we are in our late 70s. A lovely stay and a lovely manager.」

「Tolle und vorallem super besondere Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip nach Amsterdam. Dank der detaillierten Zugangsbeschreibung konnten wir problemlos in die schöne und sehr saubere Unterkunft einchecken und wurden auch direkt freundlich vom Besitzer Maarten begrüßt. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit ist man zu Fuß am Bahnhof und im Zentrum. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.」

The stairs were a challenge for 4 seniors with some mobility issues but we took and time and Christy’s family helped with the luggage. Would stay here again - thanks Christy.」

「A well-located apartment with functions on three levels, filled with wonderful African artwork and books. The host is very friendly and helpful. The staircase to his apartment upstairs does look onto the rental apartment’s living room. Cozy bedroom, washer dryer, well appointed kitchen.」

「From location, to host welcome, to the historical residence…this place has it all. We would enjoy excursions then come back to the apartment and sit by the window and look out over the canal and bridge, and watch the world happen…incredible!! We felt very safe in this area too.」

「I stayed here for 10 days and it was just what I wanted — plus the landlady is the kindest, sweetest person ever! She cheerfully helped me wrestle my heavy suitcase down the stairs and deal with the King’s Day crowds. A truly gracious and kindhearted host!! The apartment was spotless with a very comfy bed and the bathroom was also spotless and fully modernized. 「We loved this stay! Such a fun and vibrant location! The houseboat was immaculate and had everything we needed. The “Captain’s Nest” was an unexpected bonus and we used it daily. So fun to watch the crowds waiting for their boat tours and the other various boats go by. Very comfortable beds, too.」

「Very nice stay on the boat. Terrace is very convinient if you want to stay in the sun. Very calm even though there is a bridge but the noice is not very hard. Nice small room with everything you need. One inconvenient: the soap was not refilled there was no soap but we used the shower gel that was refilled.」

「This unit was just what we were looking for. Perfect spot for a couple. The neighborhood was close to all that we did. Walking to all. There is a bike shop across the street , if you prefer 2 wheels. The restaurants within blocks were delicious We ate at Hicks, Bake My Day, Lucca, De Belhamel. I would recommend staying here!!」
