"Staff very friendly. Extra special was we were allowed early check-in after disembarking cruise boat. Loved the spacious room and bath and great breakfast buffet. Dinner choices are rather limited. It’s a great location, short walk to central train station and Dam Square. Only criticism is that lighting in the room is very poor. "

"The room was clean and met our expectations. We did not spend a lot of time in the room as we were exploring daily. 10-15 minute walk to the main areas. Stairs could be a challenge for some. We are 55 and 60 years old and made it up to 4th level with our bags. Staff was very friendly and happy to provide assistance."
