What a wonderful place everything you could want one station away from central so very nice location, staff were amazing and the place is wonderful couldn’t say a bad word about my stay, this is definitely my new go to when in Amsterdam Thanks for the wonderful stay guys

Cinque stelle per David. This is a great option if you are going the hostel route, but want a little more privacy. There are plenty of shower stalls, so no waiting if everyone is getting up at the same time. Lockers are super easy. Towels provided. Food and drinks are great and really convenient. Super easy to get to Amsterdam Centraal on the ferry, so you can totally stay here no matter where in the city you are trying to go. Lots of shops nearby for anything you forgot. Lots of very nice people working and staying here! Bring your headphones for sleeping and this is probably one of the best options anywhere.

This was such an excellent location (nice little walk to the maybe 5 minute ferry to downtown), fabulous food at the restaurant, and very unique building. The area felt safe to walk at night. It is not a luxury hotel, but the mattress was wonderful, the room was clean, and the price was excellent.

It was chaotic. Staff was chaotic. Bags stored for a fee which no other hotel had. Our bags didn’t fit in the bunks and we didn’t want to pay the fee so we upgraded to our own room. It was very nice. Overall nice hotel clean comfortable bed and great location to get into town.

Great experience staying in the hotel pod. Clean, modern, and surprisingly private with comfortable beds. The shared areas were well-kept and the atmosphere was friendly. Perfect budget option without sacrificing comfort—would definitely return.

Restaurant food was fresh prepared every day. Manager is Davide...great guy and very hospitable. Easy access to Metro which makes the distance to central Amsterdam very easy. Rooms are very small so keep that in mind.

Totally inconsistent management. Checking in, the manager was courteous and extremely helpful. However, by the evening shift I stumbled on the judgemental, self righteous, 'I only assist those that look like me!', manageress from privilege palace. Simple requests for the WiFi password, or where to dispose of dirty towels were met with a side eye honed in delusions of entitlement. Pretty please, with bells on - money, and good service shouldn't have a colour!
