"The houseboat was amazing! It was incredibly serene and quiet, making it a wonderful place to relax. We were not far from Aalsmeer, which is a lovely town to explore. We took taxis to Hoofddorp, where we could easily hop on the train to travel around the area.The houseboat itself was spacious and comfortable to move around in, and both the beds and couches were very comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the houseboat to others.There were two concerns worth...

"We certainly enjoyed our stay at the houseboat. Monnickendam is a cute little town with a nice market, shops and restaurants. Just a 10 minutes walk to the bus stop into Amsterdam - very convenient. On the houseboat you find everything you need. Perfect spot in the evening is on the rooftop. Our host provided us with a very warm welcome. Communication was easy and very pleasant. Getting used to the dry toilet is a little challenge - there are „normal“ toilets in the main building."

"Ein traumhafter Ort zum Entschleunigen!Unser Aufenthalt auf diesem Hausboot war einfach traumhaft. Wer die Ruhe, Gelassenheit und sehr viel Natur sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Für uns war es wahnsinnig entspannend und entschleunigend. Allein durch die wunderschöne Umgebung und das tolle Hausboot hatten wir einen fantastischen Urlaub – ganz neben all den Unternehmungen, die wir sonst noch gemacht haben.Man muss dazu sagen: Wer absoluten Luxus sucht, für den ist es vielleicht nicht das Richtige....

"We had a wonderful stay with Deep and Julie on their Catermeran. We enjoyed some wonderful sailing and anchored near an Island for the night. We had a lovely evening sharing stories over dinner and watching the sun go down! I was impressed how warm and cosy the boat was and how well we all slept! Waking up surrounded by nature and beautiful scenery in the morning was very special and we enjoyed basking up the sunshine before setting sail. It was a great adventure for both children and adults...
