"The room was absolutely disgusting. Ratty old mattress taht my 4 year old could lift. Fresh food crammed into the rug from the last guest. Mold in the window. Sketchy door lock, dripping oil from the door mechanism. I took my small kids and immediately left. I felt it was unsafe for my children to sleep there. I would like a refund for this booking. "

"Location is great. parking was difficult to find. Staff were really friendly. Lack of any amenities that come with stay. Major problem with elevators.We would wait 10 minutes and when an elevator finally showed up it was full. there are no stair options as all stairwells are emergency exit only."
