"I had a very disappointing experience at Divya Sutra Hotel. Basic amenities that should be standard were missing — there was no water bottle or even toothpaste provided in the room. I had specifically paid extra for a “city view” room, but the reality was completely different. The view was mostly blocked by small walls, nothing like what was shown in the pictures. It felt misleading and not worth the extra cost at all. On top of that, the overall cleanliness and atmosphere were poor. The corridor had a really bad smell, and the elevators were not clean either. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, as it does not meet even basic expectations."

"My wife and I have stayed at the Sandman Downtown Calgary several times and it’s always comfortable, with attentive staff, and clean rooms. The location is very convenient, and the area is pretty safe."
