「Bad experience with the hotel reception, complaining about no decaf coffee available, no cups, tea, sugar on the first day, next day coming back at 4.30 pm from a whole day staying in hospital the room was not cleaned, garbage bin coffee station nothing was done, after complaining by the receptionist, they told me I can leave when I don't like it. Get a email that they don't want extended my stay, what I never asked for. When my husband was not to sick, I would leave the hotel. I will never go...

「Very clean and comfortable- Great hosts」

「Room clean. Breakfast good」

「Staff were great, clean room.」

「I always check in late at night, and the same gentleman has been working each time. He is always upbeat and is sure to offer a genuine compliment to each guest, as least the ones I observed. That young man will go places if he keeps that up. The hotel is always spotless, the check in is quick and the breakfast is above average and a true hot breakfast. My only complaint is that I didn’t start staying here sooner, which of course is on me.」

「Their prohibition of cannabis on the property is bad. I'm 76 years old and had to stand on Stoney Plain road in the dark, risking life and limb to have a toke. They should ban booze as the drinkers are a much more troublesome crowd than the pot smokers. Do they understand that Marijuana is legal? I could not countenance a holiday without it. I won't stay there again and I am in Edmonton often.」

「This Hotel was by far one of the best Hotel that we stayed for awhile.」

「I basically live out of motels/hotels 8 months out of a year for work. The Sleep Inn is a nostalgic gem in my opinion. Sal is very accommodating and courteous. It's tucked away from the street and backs onto a ravine. If you are looking for a peaceful sleep, this is definitely the place to go. I'll be back!」

「I will be happy to use this hotel in the future.」
