「I checked out at 1am instead of getting any sleep. Hotel is newer and built cheaply so it’s always loud… you hear every step, every door close, toilet flush etc. light from the side of the hotel comes in the windows, the drapes don’t cover them very well so the room is bright as day 24/7… my bed was either worn out or just way too soft to begin with, my lower back was killing me just from laying there trying to sleep. Pillows are about 3’ round and always bounce back as well so it’s like holding...

「I will never stay at best western again and i personally hope you are removed from expedia so ppl cannot use visa debits and book to just be told they cannot and be treated as a second class citizen. 」

「Great room upgrade upon check-in. No on site restaurant, would not recommend restaurant at partner hotel.」

「We thought that for the reasonable price we paid we were getting a room with two queen beds. I don’t know if they upgraded us, but we got a really nice huge room with two queens and a full kitchen. It was a great stay. Great breakfast. 」
