"Beautiful place. Great staff and super convenient "

"Room was clean and had a space to work, which I needed. I had no issues with the internet connection which was fast. Bed was comfy, but I was slightly cold under the thin comforter. The thermostat continually blows air into the room, so you have to turn it off when it gets too hot and then back on later. My curtains were not blackout, which allowed a good amount of light from the street into the room at night. Good thing I brought an eye mask. A full length mirror would have been nice. Overall a good stay!"

"Everything in the room was stained. There were red stains on the carpet, the bedding had stains everywhere. Hairs were all over the bathroom and spare blanket showing it hadn't been cleaned properly. Sleep quality is at a 1. You hear everything all night long. We were 101 right next to an exit and could hear everytime a person went out, and the smokers outside talking, gagging and spitting. The front desk girl who checked us in was quite rude and impatient. On the positive side, the one "soft bed" was comfortable and Dennys was good and had great staff. "

"Breakfast was fine. Stayed 2 nights. Only 1 bed was made up after first night. Used towels were removed but no fresh ones were left. Coffee and cups not replaced. No body wash or soap in shower. No lock on bathroom door. Bathroom needs major upgrade. Handle on patio door falling off."

"Great location for Oilers game. Walking distance and the option for the overhead walkways if its cold. Staff where friendly. The hotel itself is dated and needs an update, but great beds and sleep ."

"Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is old and tired. The weather was starting to get warm during the day, and as there is no AC the hotel shut the heat off during the day. When asked they did provide a blanket and heater. Since it was snowing they turned the heat on. I had access to the business lounge but it is only open during breakfast and dinner for a few hours. Other restaurants only open certain hours. Easy walk to stadium."
