「The girl at the front was buried in her phone when I arrived, I literally had to say something to get her attention even though I was in view of her. Then she had no idea what an American Express Card was. Then she insisted I fill out my truck details as a matter of policy and that she could not process my American Express deposit info until it was filled out, but when I said I did not remember my license plate number she said it was no big deal don’t worry about it. Like is it mandatory policy...

「Very nice place」

「Staff was very nice and helpful and the room was very clean. Facility is located in a very convenient place within a walk in distance to big super market and drug store and everything. Also there are many Japanese restaurants including popular Ramen shop Tokiwa. Only thing that we were not happy was that the shower did not have hot water occasionally. But other than that, we stayed more than 2 weeks there and we would like to stay there again!!」
