"Beautiful lake, gas station is close by, parking is big and plentiful, the train that comes by can get irritating but I slept well in nice clean sheets, in a clean room, with complementary shampoo and soap with hot water! The breakfast is light, but buttered toast, cereal, juice and milk is greatly appreciated! Staff is very kind, understanding, and accommodating even for my late arrival! Overall a great experience for the cost. Would go here again for a good pit stop! "

"Nice, fully outfitted, clean cabin.Lake & dock is just a walk over the road and train track. There is no sand beach, but the lake is sandy and shallow, and there are a lot of water toys (paddle boards etc) in boathouse."

"This cozy cabin was ideal for our annual family get together. The property was fun and safe for the toddler and young children. The adults enjoyed the comfortable outdoor spaces. The location was close to the beach, stores and green space. We would definitely return. "

While a deeper clean in certain areas (such as under the beds) would be beneficial, overall the property was in good condition.The hosts have also made noticeable improvements in their communication. Based on previous reviews, I was initially concerned about responsiveness, but we did not encounter any issues. The host called about a week before our stay, and throughout our time there, he was consistently reachable by text and responded within an hour.It is worth noting that this is a four-bedroom home. The fifth “bedroom” is actually an upstairs secondary living area. While it includes a comfortable couch and extra pillows, it does not have bedding, a door, or curtains, so it may not be suitable as a dedicated sleeping space."
