"We were in the unrenovated part so the issues were: no shelf or counter space: I opened the broken ironing board to place my things. Poor electrical plugs: couldn't plug in the the coffee maker where it was, had to plug it in across the room. Very dry in the room, had to buy a humidifier to breathe. Difficult to shower without a handheld hose, need to put 1 in. Need a variety of pillows, different thicknesses. Also need wider parking spaces, almost wiped out the neighbours. Good stuff: very quiet rooms. Very friendly staff."

"This I had a wonderful stay at Princess Senses The Mangrove. The resort is stunning, modern, elegant, and thoughtfully designed. The food exceeded my expectations, with great variety and consistently high quality. The staff truly made the experience special; everyone was friendly, professional, and eager to help. Entertainment was lively and well-organized, adding to the overall atmosphere. Most importantly, I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. This is a resort I would definitely recommend and return to."
