Professional, experts in hotel customer service, ease of checking and checkout, the breakfast was delicious (fresh scrambled eggs, bacon, orange juice, coffee, fresh fruit, fresh bagels and cream cheese), the rooms were clean, I could turn up the heat to stay warm, it was quiet on both sides of the hotel so it doesn’t matter where you stay.
