「Staff courteous, but no lakeview as stated in ad. No continentsl breakfast provided as stated in ad. No ice bucket in room. No in room coffee. Very poor services for weary travellers. Choose to place my party with three dogs beside office created lots of barking as dogs heard door and all conversations at the desk. Poor choice of placement of a party with dogs. Awakened at 8:30 the next morning by an RCMP raid on room across from us. Not a relaxing stay, poor amenities and multiple trains heard...

「Room was clean, restaurant was good and great service in there, front desk lady at check in was questionable, very abrupt, not much of a personality and when we put the empty coffee pot on the desk for her so maybe she’d make more coffee she just put back on coffee station empty 」
