Close to west end doctors’ appointments we found the hotel very convenient to get in and out of and very comfortable. Staff was excellent and the restaurant meals were tasty. Hotel is being renovated so the room furniture was older and a bit scuffed.

The Hotel was quiet and comfy, although a little more dated than what I expected from the photos. Breakfast was good. The restaurant could have used some more variety, but there are lots of food options nearby. Certainly not a bad option for the price.

Booked room 2 days before my family staying in the hotel. Pool was closed for maintenance and renovations. Non disclosure Staff amazing from management cleaning staff and the restaurant staff. Hats off to the chefs and crew. Food was amazing. Outside property was clean except maintenance and upkeep was not. Appearance on the exterior matters just as much of the interior area.

Fantastic property! Great location and well lit parking lot. All the staff was engaging, professional and polite. The lounge was a great treat and fabulous menu so that I didn't have to leave the premises once I was parked in and checked in.

The entire experience was great. I enjoyed the helpful, kind staff. I thought the lounge was great, and I visited for dinner each evening. I relaxed in the attractive pool area in the jacuzzi. The room was fantastic: clean, comfortable, wonderful mattress and pillows, and a clean and well-designed bathroom. I loved the brand of coffee pods too. Despite being a smaller hotel, it had all the amenities of any larger Hilton. The place had a lot of activity and clearly is popular. The lobby is huge, stylish, comfortable and bright.

Staff were very nice. For the price of our room sadly we were greatly underwhelmed and had to work with expedia to get our second night refunded and stay somewhere else, it was not worth over $200 a night.... Very dated, did not look as good as the pictures, bed was a little uncomfortable, bathroom wasn't the cleanest, the carpets turned my socks brown. Again the staff was absolutely lovely, truly, very nice people. But if you're looking to be in the room a lot I wouldn't recommend booking this one. If you're out and about lots it could be fine!
