「We stayed at this property for 3 nights and there was no house keeping service. I have to run to the front desk to get new set of towels.」

「Had a great stay here, thank you!」

「Well maintained !」

「Staff was very friendly and helpful! Beautiful views and the bed was super comfortable! We stayed in the Rose Garden Suite!」

「I wasn’t comfortable with the self check in process. I wasn’t aware of it. I must not have looked at the ad properly. The place was deserted and in a desolate location I did not like that and felt at risk, but the amenities were fine and the room was cute. It’s just not my cup of tea.」

「Exellent」

「ad read reviews saying that the walls were thin and the room was noisy, and that the bed was never made during the three days, but I never thought I would actually experience either of those things. What's more, when I tried to leave the room early in the morning, the door to the front building was locked... I thought the atmosphere and location of the facility were not bad, but even though it was the weekend of Monterey Car Week, I was disappointed that I spent over 200,000 yen for three nights...

「Perfect location with a great view; the rooms are nicely decorated and have a warm feel. There is a small balcony to sit and watch the sunset. The Venetians of Capitola provide the feeling of being in Europe. Just amazing. So close to the beach and a nice little shower to wash the sand off your feet. Love the touchless checkin flow and everyone is so nice.」

「It was very good. Would recommend staying here.」
