「Always enjoy my stay here. The only issue was the evening desk clerk upon arrival, who was on duty for a couple of evenings. She did not assist with any questions asked and was very blunt in her mannerisms. This is not the norm for this hotel. Most who greet you with services are welcoming and social as well as concerned with any needs you may have.」
「Only stayed for two nights, hotel in great location. We walked to most of the attractions. Parking was easy at the side of the hotel and used the pool at the end of the day.」

Is it even possible for a hotel nowadays to not have a hair dryer or fail to deliver one?
