The kids loved gently interacting with the animals, though it was difficult to understand what interactions were ok and what weren't. Really lovely location, lovely host. 「When I tried to fill the bathtub with hot water, the hot water came out of the shower (upper) even though I had switched the valve to the bathtub (lower). I think the switching valve is broken. The room was clean and everything else was good.」

「Pleasantly suprised on how nice the hotel was - no problems at all, fridge and microwave, coffee maker in room. Everything seemed new and will decorated and spacious including the bathroom. The staff is commendable, easy check in and accommodating. - they went out of there way to insure an excellent experience.
