Overall perfect location! Wonderful experience!

It was an amazing stay. It’s a smaller size hotel room but for a couple it’s a nice size. The breakfast was amazing! I’d be back just for the breakfast. Very nice location. Close to a variety of restaurants and other hotels.

7 night stay in Villahermosa

Enjoyed the location which is across the street from a park where we caught an evening open air tourist bus and went around the city. Great open air food court a few yards from the hotel with a wide variety of food choices. If you want more fine dining, a variety of nice restaurants walking distance

I am driving solo from Mexico to Tulsa. This was my first stop. I stayed Christmas Eve and Christmas night. The staff was wonderful and the facility very clean and pretty. I treated myself to the suite, not knowing they had no elevator. I was a little disappointed that the room was so basic. However, it was nice. I paid quite a bit for the room being the holidays which was understandable. I was out off that they have an extra charge for the water and coffee in the room! My room faced the malecón which was very noisy. The kitchen sink had hit water but not the shower. I could hear the music from a near by restaurant. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well! The hotel had a good vibe, and the staff was very friendly! I would definitely stay there again for a night or so but wouldn’t enjoy it for a long stay.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The only thing is that there are no microwaves and mini fridge in the rooms. Besides that, everything is wonderful. Security passes through the area all night long and you feel safe. There is an exceptional upscale restaurant El Ganadero just down the street with reasonable prices. I loved Villahermosa and can't wait to return.

En general, la estancia fue buena, pero si tengo algunos detalles que comentar los cuales pudieran cuidar en su hotel. 1. Había demasiada humedad en el hotel, en el baño se apreciaba el moho por el mismo detalle, en los ventanales que daban hacia la calle, estaba llena igual de moho por fuera. 2. En el tema del aire acondicionado, el termostato que se encuentra en la habitación, por más que subía o bajaba la temperatura, siempre se mantenía a una temperatura fija. No se si ellos regalaban una temperatura fija para todos los cuartos. Los demás servicios estuvieron bien, el desayuno muy práctico para el costo de la habitación.
