"Decor in the bedroom was interesting and unique with mini hot air balloon theme and a little one in the ceiling. . Good breakfast. Spa facilities were good. Nice toiletries in the bathroom."

"We had a lovely stay at HNN. We were given a warm welcome & everything was clearly explained. The room was very clean with air con & complimentary hot drink tray. Also a mini bar which was charged for. The beds were comfy & although there was a bit of traffic noise in the evening, it was quieter in the night & we all slept well. Breakfast was continental, with a good range of breads, pastries, cheese, jam, yogurts & fruits. They had some pre packaged gluten free items for my coeliac husband...

"The room was very basic but clean. The beds were not very comfortable due to thin mattresses. The hotel advertised AC, but it is not used during the spring. For this reason, we slept with the window open & heard noise all night long from cars & sirens. Breakfast was the highlight of the stay. It was a delicious buffet. The location is also a plus... near the train station and cruise port. Not bad for a one-night stay, but I wouldn't recommend more (especially if you're hot-natured or...

"We stayed here for 1 night in April, and I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel! Conveniently located close to the train station and some really great restaurants. The hotel staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They gave us some great safety tips. The hotel room was absolutely spotless! The bed was comfortable as well.
