「Host never answered when we asked where we could leave our luggage,as previously mentioned, when we arrived via ferry so that was completely ignored. Was eager to check into the place after a long day at the beach only to arrive to our lock box and there be no key. This definitely got frustrating as we needed the key to open the gates once our excursion was done as it would be done late. Took a while for host to return message and spoke with a travel agent to speak to the owner. She was not the...
