"The hotel is in a good location, only a bus ride away from Disneyland Paris and about a 20 minute walk from Val D’Europe station and shopping centre. I’d recommend downloading the IDF Mobilités app for ease of getting the RER/bus so you can just tap in and out. I chose to stay in this hotel as I had stayed here when I visited Disneyland Paris in 2016 so knew what to expect. Also make sure you bring a physical bank card, as you need it to check in, for the deposit. The rooms are a good size with a small kitchenette area and separate bathroom. The rooms are clean with all the essentials - basic but all you need. It is worth noting that there is no routine daily housekeeping although this doesn’t matter so much if you are only visiting for a few days. We woke up one morning to no electricity in our room which was frustrating however the electricity was restored within a short space of time so didn’t cause a lot of problems. However on our last day, we woke up to no hot water. This was not resolved by the time we checked out at 11am. The bathroom also smelt like drains intermittently at various times of the day which wasn’t the most pleasant. Overall, the hotel is in a great location. It is a good and affordable alternative to staying at a Disneyland Hotel. However our stay was let down a little by the electricity, bathroom smell and lack of hot water."

When we also had some issues with our early magic pass, which was not their fault, they resolved it for us quickly and compensated with some fast track for our fav rides. The pool was lovely and warm and the breakfast was amazing. Plenty of selection. We will certainly be staying here again and we can not wait."

"Perfect location and price. Can’t beat the hotel. Cheaper prices means more trips. The staff on reception are very helpful, with extra requests for pillows and towels etc. They’re alway smiling and willing to help. Rooms are the size you expect but fits suitcases and prams in. "
