"The room is compact, as expected from Citizen M, but well designed, proportioned and clean. The iPad remote was a bit beyond its time, and was sluggish to respond (changing channels on the TV sometimes took minutes). The breakfast was nice, though quite pricey."

"Check in at 11:55pm was quick once through the line, staff was very friendly, the room was clean and tidy, pillows were comfortable. Didn’t have time to have breakfast or use any amenities. The concierge was excellent, top notch fellow working there!"

"Great experience and kind staff. Very clean rooms. Literally a three minute walk from the Metro station and the station that will get you to your terminal. Absolutely perfect location for an early or late flight. One thing I don't understand is why it takes 10 minutes to check in when I have already paid for the room, and they have all my information. Don't get me wrong. Everyone was kind, but just seems dumb."

"Very nice and clean hotel, so close from the airport, shuttle bus is available to book. The check in was fast and easy, employees were so helpful.Rooms are clean, beds are comfy, TV screen is huge, breakfast buffet was so delicious and plenty, 3 coffee & hot drinks stations made the flow v easy."

"The hotel is fine and does exactly what it says - no frills! The bed was a little too soft for my liking and the mattress protector made it worse as the sheets moved around and got screwed up. Parking for guests should be free but it’s now another way to make you pay! I would stay there again but not if I have a car!"
