Staff were all very helpful. Apartments are all very clean. Only 30 second walk to the RER to Disney. Plenty of choice in the breakfast buffet (toast, baguettes, pastries, scrambled eggs, cereals, and continental options). Stayed here for the second time and will be back again next month as can’t go wrong with this hotel.

The most convenient and best value hotel near Disneyland Paris. Because the train station is so convenient to the hotel, you can literally be at the parks, or back in your room in 20 minutes. The optional breakfast is wonderful, and the little extras are amazing. Would stay every time!

The location is really great for Disneyland and the shopping center. They also have laundry available for a small price which was really nice. I do think the rooms are a bit outdated which you can see on the walls & bathroom and it would nice to have an outlet next to the bed. But overall, the hotel is great.

Exceptional location with the RER/metro line literally right outside the entrance to the hotel. If one wanted a Disney adjacent hotel without the Disney price and didn’t care about getting Magic Hour; this is a great choice. Our room was super spacious and the separate toilet and shower rooms are always nice for families. This also had a tub which was great to have.

Very convenient for Disney only 1 train stop away. Close to a decent shopping centre. Rooms are basic but comfortable. Shower pressure could be better. Breakfast had a good selection of pastries and sweet treats. Not so great with the hot breakfast options. Overall a nice stay, not a great stay.

The property was a relief; we originally booked with a different property and ended our stay early and booked here. The property was excellent, it had air conditioning, was clean. The staff stored our luggage while the room was being prepared. The first night there was a problem with hot water, I would have expected them to offer us a complimentary breakfast, but they did not, but the problem was solved the next day. The access to the RER station is excellent, it is right out the front door. The breakfast that is available is a good quality breakfast.

Staff were incredibly helpful the whole stay, starting from checking in a day late due to flight issues, to helping us navigate the metro and where to go! The rooms were cleaned once a day, and fresh towels every other day. There’s a luggage room where they can store your bags on check out day if needed. Overall very friendly staff and great communication. The room was spotless and the kitchenette had everything we needed as well.

This was a fantastic hotel and added to the experience of our holiday. Everything was very clean, and the room cleanliness was great. The beds were very comfortable, and the parking was secure for our cars. The breakfast was nice with a lot of variety, and the hotel staff—from reception to the breakfast team including the cleaners who serviced the room each day, —were exceptional. ​It was also a very convenient place to stay, as taking the RER train from the hotel straight to Disneyland Paris or into central Paris was perfect. On top of that, having free ice-cold drinkong water available at hotel reception was a fantastic touch, especially with temperatures reaching between 28°C and 35°C during our stay. This was really appreciated, particularly for our children traveling with us. ​Overall, it's a hotel we would definitely recommend to others and one we would definitely consider staying at again in the future.
