"Great hotel and garden in Tokyo! Beautiful public spaces, large rooms, and a magical garden complement the courteous and cheerful staff who clearly take great pride in where they work. Highly recommend both the Japanese and Western breakfasts. They were great — and there aren’t many options near the hotel. Only suggestion would be to relocate the Sunday brunch. The room that was used during our stay was large and windowless — and felt a little dark compared to the rest of the property."

"Staff were excellent. Clean rooms. Breakfast was a lil different. You picked up frozen food from lobby then brought it up to your room to cook. Great location. Close to the dome and stations. "

"BIG NOTE: Temperature is regulated for the entire floor so there isn’t air conditioning you can adjust for your room. You can speak to the front desk and request a fan. Staff is nice and very helpful. Hotel is very central and convenient. "
