"The room and building appeared clean and well maintained. My main issue was the noise you could hear from other nearby rooms. You could hear every time someone else flushed a toilet or ran water. And there were some very loud children screaming at one another very early one morning that woke us up. There are signs at the property that they are newly renovated, perhaps some thought should have been placed on a little bit of soundproofing between rooms."

"The location was quiet and secluded which is just what we wanted. The pond actually had some good fishing despite how small it turned out to be. We didn't use the hot tub but found the house to be very cozy and equipped with just about everything one could need. The house had some very interesting acoustics which was a funny discovery. We loved the electric recliners. Great wifi and good cell service (Verizon). Google Maps took us right to the property. We did some hiking up at Grayson Highlands and closer to the cabin. The property had some short hiking trails and I also walked down to the highway a couple times to get in additional steps. There wasn't much we wanted that wasn't provided or available at the house. We were rained out one day and some covered outside seating would have made it perfect. Overall we were very pleased with the house and the property and would definitely recommend it to others."

"The cabin is great it’s a small peaceful little cabin. It has everything you need. The pond and property is the selling point for sure. The fishing is great. Many large mouth bass, catfish, a grass carp, and even a Warmouth! This property is also very pet friendly. Only thing that would make this place better is some better pest control with all the spiders, a bigger or more comfortable bed, and maybe a nicer shower. The flooring is also warped and uneven so caution on walking around. The front porch, fire pit, and fishing were the highlights of this rental. Steven is also a very polite and friendly host that communicates well and accommodating. Thank you!"

"What a FANTASTIC place! We were celebrating our anniversary and it was exactly what we were looking for: secluded with a beautiful view. We spent our evenings watching the sunset from the west-facing deck. Very clean and had what we needed in the kitchen to cook our meals. We will be back!"
