「Reception service is so good and helpful.」

「Extraordinary hotel and apts. Loved the stone walk ways and lush jungle landscaping Clean, safe, comfortable. The staff made the difference between a great stay and an unforgettable stay. Photos are accurate. Good location. Wonderful resturant. I had the pleasure of staying in 2 different rooms with plunge pools and a 1 bdr apt with plunge pool. Wow. Huge pool, priviate sun deck big enough to hold a 10 person party. Beautifully decorated. Large 2nd terrace, full large kitchen. Front desk...

「Stuff are amazing and friendly, the location is easy to acsess to downtown. If you are new to this area, local stuff can give you the best ideas and options to experience.」

「Great view great staff great food perfect vacation」

「Todo muy bien」

「This is a super small hotel with no elevator and tons of stairs. They only have one restaurant and one really small pool. This is not the place for elderly people or people who want to socialize with others.」

「I was disappoint to spend so much money on an all inclusive resort for over 60% of it to be closed. Only one small pool was open. You’re charged for a cabana on the beach, even as a preferred guest. There were several upsells the resort tried to say was included as being a preferred guest. But all it did was give you the opportunity to pay more. My room was clean and gorgeous but very musty/wet smelling. It is hurricane season, so I will give it that. I asked to be placed with the party I was...

「This is a very unique place to stay. We had a room with a pool, it was very nice. It kept raining, and the roof leaks, not good. Hotel food is quite expensive, and not close to anything else to walk to, which would be my main dislike, however the staff was wonderful and helpful with recommendations for places to eat and drink. They did a great job of responding though WhatsApp when I had a question and hooked us up with a great taxi driver. If you want something a little more rustic this place...
