「When I arrived to the building I did not expect it」

「The room was small but clean and comfortable. However, the AC unit had not been properly drained so at one point during the night it began leaking water onto the floor.」

「宿泊施設がある環境は、とても良く、施設そのものもとても綺麗で使いやすい施設です。ただ、チェックインの際に、事前にパスポートの認証が必要なことや、depositで $200が必要なことなどが、事前に説明がなかったので、チェックインの際に、とても困惑しました。現地のアメリカ人の方も同じように困っている方もいたので、外国人の私たちにとっては、さらに手続きのハードルが高いと思います。その辺りは、もう少し改善の必要があると思います。」

「ダウンタウンまでの交通など場所の立地はよいので便利。ただ、バス停からかなり階段を登る必要がありスーツケースだと移動が厳しい。 あと、利用までにクレジットカード登録をし、追加のデポジットや清掃費かかるのと、パスポート写真提出、セルフィー提出などがあり、かなり面倒。 それらが嫌でなければ、コスパは良い。」

「We stayed here 2 nights for a World Cup 2026 game! The place was quiet, clean, comfortable, and convenient! Host was a great communicator and had excellent recommendations. Perfect for a couple or a solo traveler!」

「Pros: Beautiful neighborhood with many nearby amenities including restaurants and public transit; comfy bed and nice towels. Cons: Parking is truly a nightmare, we lucked out and found a spot nearby and only used public transit the entire trip to avoid losing the parking spot. Wouldn't be a big deal for people who fly in. The unexpected cleaning fee and huge security deposit was ridiculous and not advertised anywhere. I also didn't like that these fees were charged using a different platform...

「Jabba's home is nice. Prepare for street parking only. This is a triplex home and all rooms are shared. Tge description on Expedia does not say this. The other guest, well you would know they are there. There were dishes in the sink overnight, (pet peeve of mine) and the 3rd floor people..... (kind of noisy). The home is in a nice area with a park and University right down the street. The unit is most suitable for students. If youre a singke traveler, this compares to a hostel. I was...
