Great place to stay in Seattle!

Very central location, great downstairs unit that’s easy to get to from the airport. The owner is great, super responsive to any questions we had & there if any issues pop up. Definitely will book again the next time we’re in Seattle!

Perfect amount of space and amenities!

What a great property to stay for Father’s Day weekend. We had enough space to surprise my husband with our kids being there for part of our stay! Clean and comfortable! Great location with quick access to the light rail to make it to T-Mobile as well. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended for any event or visit:).

Cozy home minutes from rail station

This home was such an amazing place for us to stay! The beds were comfortable and the place was clean and well decorated. Our host, Charles, was quick to respond to my questions and provided great recommendations of things to do in the area. We arrived kind of late in the evening and were worried check in would be challenging; it was seamless! While this home is on a main road, I never really heard any street traffic. We had a rental car, and found ample street parking. It is maybe a 10 minute drive to the Light Rail station and there is a bus stop super close to the house. From there it is a 45ish minute rail ride to various stops downtown. I will certainly be booking here next time I'm in town!

The basement apartment was clean and well kepted up. A little cooler than I really wanted but it made for great sleeping. Charles the owner was a very nice man and did everything to accomadate us and provide all that was needed.

Beautiful, comfy, cozy landing pad

We loved our stay in this cozy basement suite. It was easy to get to with plenty of parking and only 15 minutes from downtown Seattle. We enjoyed hanging out in the evenings watching a movie after exploring the city all day. The whole apartment looks like it was just renovated. It was very clean, everything you could need was in the kitchen, just bring some groceries. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept really well. Charles was a great host, checking in via messaging to ensure we had everything we needed but never imposing. I will absolutely recommend this place to friends traveling to Seattle. Next time we visit Seattle we will be back for sure!
