The room was clean and the location was great -- everything was within walking distance. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We needed a late checkout because our departing flight was in the late evening and they very generously accommodated us.

No room service. All I wanted was tea with honey and my request was not fulfilled. I don’t think I asked for a lot. Check in was slow.
