「We stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful experience. Every member of the staff was kind, friendly, and welcoming. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. This was the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Australia in the past few years. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.」

「room was clean and front staff is kind and 」

「The apartment wasn’t properly cleaned, with dirty carpets, stains on the lounge, mould and old soap in the bathroom, and rubbish/stuff under the couch. Both bathroom doors didn’t lock, a window latch was broken, the dryer didn’t work, requested drying rack never got a response. No cups or mugs in the apartment. We requested a partial refund due to the issues, but this was declined. Wouldn’t stay here again.」
