"First of all, the washing machine was quite handy. That was a game changer. Checkin was smooth. But communication was a bit off mostly due to language barrier. I had a small inconvenience because of the number lock wasn't working properly. Had to call the associate the open the door with keys. Manjuu (front desk staff) was great help in terms of everything. I recommend this place."

"Location was great for access to the train and multiple tourist attractions. The room and bathroom were small but clean. For breakfast, we ate there once. It was good but I am glad we did the reservation without included breakfast because we were able to get more variety elsewhere for a cheaper price."

"We booked a room with two beds for two adults and two kids. Our stay here was fantastic! The room was a bit cramped, but we spent most of our time exploring Asakusa. It was a comfortable place to stay. I loved the view of the Skytree, Senso-ji temple, and the street food area (I don’t think that’s considered Nakamise street). The view was stunning. Room necessities like shampoo, brush, and toothbrush were all located in the main lobby, which was super convenient. We could use the self-service option instead of constantly calling the front desk. There was a water dispenser on every floor and coffee in the lobby. My feedback is around the cleaning. We asked for cleaning on day two, and it seemed like the garage was the only thing taken out. The room was full of girls, and we did our best to pick up the hair on the floor, but it really needed to be vacuumed. On day three, the room was cleaned, but we had to request it again via the TV process (which was also cool). Outside of that, there was too much furniture for a room that size. I would recommend removing the big chair and coffee table. Location 10/10 Amenities 10/10 Cleanliness 9/10 Room 8/10 Staff 10/10"

"I forgot all about the holographic receptionists after I booked, and it was a fun surprise. Honestly this is a great hotel in a great spot about a 15-minute walk from Sensō-ji and very close to a station letting go you get around Tokyo easily. Lots of amenities like toothbrushes, lotions, washcloths and robes near your room. I did ask the staff for extra pillows and received them quickly. There's a breakfast room with ufo games (claw machines), manga (in Japanese), a bar (never went but nice that it was there), a sake/whisky dispenser in the lobby, and a Family Mart on the ground floor (get a FamiChiki, egg sandwich, and some snacks). Unless you have your heart set on a ryokan, this is a great place to stay in Asakusa."
