Our studio apartments provide single travelers with a compact, cozy, and comfortable short and long-term living space while in Tokyo.
The little private apartment has its own bathroom/ toilet and kitchen corner to prepare simple meals.

The coin laundry is available 24/7 on the 1st floor of the building, you can use the washing machines and drier machine, just save some coins and approximately 1 hour.

The whole apartment will be yours, please take good care of it and enjoy your Tokyo trip.

* You can contact me as soon as there are any problems or questions, I do try to meet my guests as often as possible.

CHECK-IN
Guest Registration is required in advance.
Prior to your arrival, you will receive check-in information and guidance.

CHECK-OUT
We will also advise you on the details of how to check out the apartment the day before. Please do not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning, including excessive amounts of trash.

CHECK-OUT delay:
The check-out time is fixed, any delay from 15 min would cost 4,000 yen per hour.
Please be ready on time or arrange late check-out in advance.

* All rooms are non-smoking (including around the building).
If smoking is confirmed, an extra cleaning fee of 30,000 yen will be charged separately and you will be evicted without a refund.
Thank you for not smoking!

* Portable Wi-Fi is provided which makes your exploring even easier.
Pocket portable WIFI is prepared as a free service for you. When the usage is more than 10GB within 3 days the speed will slow down for 24 hours, I can not prevent that, all guests are using it differently.
I am sorry I can not provide you additional WIFI immediately when the data is overused. Thank you for your understanding!
* Losing or damaging the pocket WIFI device will cost 30,000 yen, please be careful.

* Children are welcome, the total number of guests including kids is 2 (regardless of the child's age).

* The minimum damage fee starts from 10,000 yen. Nights blocked during the repair due to the damage caused might be charged additionally.

Guest registration will be required before the check-in, by filling out the form with personal and traveling information.
This information is only submitted to the Japanese government department upon request and will not be disclosed to any third party. Please be assured.
