Great hotel, right next to the Tokyo station. The only minus is insufficient signage. It took a while to find the hotel, which is in top floors of the Sapia tower. At the ground floor you got to be lucky to figure out that the hotel is right above you! We were circling a few times with Google maps! Gave up and started asking around...

The hotel is only a few minutes walk from Yaesu Exit of Tokyo Station. It is very conveniently located. It rained one day but it is close to the entrance to the underground mall, which connects to the station. The staff was very polite and helpful. The rooms are tiny but that's expected in Japan. The only strange thing was the pillow in the room but you get to choose another one that suits you at the lobby.

This property is very close to Tokyo Station 5 minute walk. The hotel itself has a small lobby and lounge, breakfast and lunch for a fee but we did not eat there since it is very close to restaurants in Tokyo station with so many dining choices. The rooms are small but comfortable enough for sleeping. They give a choice of pillows. They have a free cocktail bar from 4 pm to 9 pm, with varied choices of wine, beer alcohol, soda and juice with free nuts and snacks. The surrounding area is pleasant and quiet. The free Onsen was very relaxing. Ginza district is about 15 minutes walk from our hotel. The staff are so welcoming and respectful. There is free coffee latte or cafe Americano and mineral water

Great location right next to Tokyo station and a short walk to Ginza. Rooms are quite small and outdated so I’m glad we only booked the one night. They do have a women only floor with public Onsen, laundry, vending machines etc. Staff were extremely friendly.
